Delivery Terms & Information
We aim to make delivery as straightforward and reliable as possible.
Standard Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (midday) are normally delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday, up to 5:30pm) to most UK mainland addresses.
During busy periods, earlier cut-off times may apply for same-day despatch. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact our sales team to confirm current despatch times.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Northern Ireland Customers
We do not operate a back-order service. Items that are out of stock will need to be reordered once they become available.
Online orders are unaffected, as out-of-stock items cannot be purchased through our website.
International Customers
For international deliveries, customers are responsible for arranging their own courier collection from our premises, unless delivery is to a UK mainland freight forwarding address.
We are happy to provide packaging details and collection references upon request.
Delivery Charges
Effective 1st February 2022, our standard delivery charge is £12.00 for orders under £250 (ex VAT).
Orders valued over £250 (ex VAT) are delivered carriage paid.
This adjustment reflects increased courier service costs — our first revision since 2011.
Regional Surcharges
Certain regions incur additional courier charges:
Scottish Highlands
- Orders up to £250 – £48
- Orders £250–£500 – £36
- Orders over £500 – Carriage Paid
If items can be packed into a single box under 1m, we can offer a reduced rate of £20 per box via DPD.
Grampian Region
- Orders up to £250 – £20
- Orders over £250 – Carriage Paid
Oversized or Special Items
Products such as awnings, furniture boards, and large rooflights are subject to separate delivery rates. These will be confirmed at the point of order.
Delivery Upgrades
We can usually arrange guaranteed Saturday or morning deliveries for an additional charge. Please contact our sales team for details and availability.
Tracking Your Delivery
Most small and medium parcels are shipped via DPD. We recommend downloading the free DPD app to track your order in real time and receive delivery updates.
Larger or bulkier items may be dispatched using alternative couriers, and tracking information will be provided where available.
Liability
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or events beyond our control.
Ownership and risk in goods pass to the customer upon delivery.
