Delivery Information
We aim to make delivery as straightforward and reliable as possible.
Standard Delivery
Orders placed before midday are usually delivered the next working day (up to 5:30pm) to most UK mainland addresses. During busy periods, we may need to set an earlier cut-off time for same-day despatch. If your order is urgent, please check with our sales team for the latest despatch times.
Northern Ireland Customers
Please note we do not operate a back-order service. Any items that are out of stock will need to be reordered once available. Online orders are not affected, as out-of-stock items cannot be purchased.
International Customers
For international orders, customers will need to arrange their own courier collection from us, unless delivery is to a UK mainland freight forwarding address.
Delivery Charges
From 1st February 2022, our standard delivery charge is £12.00 for orders under £250 (ex VAT). Orders over £250 are delivered carriage paid. We had not adjusted our delivery charges since 2011, but ongoing increases from courier services have made this change necessary.
Regional Surcharges
Certain regions carry additional courier costs:
- Scottish Highlands
- Orders up to £250 – £48
- Orders £250–£500 – £36
- Orders over £500 – Carriage Paid
- If items can be packed into a single box under 1m, we can offer a reduced rate of £20 per box via DPD.
- Grampian
- Orders up to £250 – £20
- Orders over £250 – Carriage Paid
Special Rates
Oversized items such as awnings, furniture boards and large rooflights are subject to separate delivery rates.
Delivery Upgrades
We can usually arrange guaranteed Saturday and morning deliveries at an additional cost.
Track Your Delivery
Most small and medium parcels are sent with DPD. We recommend downloading the free DPD app to track your order in real time. Please note that larger items may be shipped via alternative couriers.
